CryoEM Image Analysis

We are fostering collaboration among experts in computational biology, microscopy, and machine learning to create and implement state-of-the-art tools for processing cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) data. This interdisciplinary approach enables the development of innovative algorithms tailored to the unique challenges of cryo-EM imaging. By combining domain-specific knowledge with advanced computational techniques, we aim to enhance the resolution, accuracy, and interpretability of structural data. These efforts are accelerating discoveries in structural biology and deepening our understanding of complex molecular assemblies. Ultimately, this synergy is driving forward the frontiers of biomedical research.
